What could be more awesome than surfing the waves in the very heart of the Valais ? It is precisely this unique experience that is offered at Alaïa Bay. And unlike what already exists in Switzerland, surfers do not remain static. They have to paddle to catch the waves which reappear every 10 seconds and can be ridden over 100 metres. Thanks to a surface area of 8,300 sqm, 24 to 40 people can pursue their passion on 7 different levels. Each session is supervised by experienced coaches and lasts 1 hour on average. Beginners and professionals can progress in all safety.
Capable of producing between 300 and 1,000 waves per hour, the patented technology uses 46 motors to replicate the precise movement of an ocean swell. This innovative system can thus produce up to 20 different kinds of waves: from the gentlest "Waikiki" experience to the fastest and most powerful, known as the "Beast". Alaïa Bay is open year-round, even in the evenings. A rare opportunity to train uninterruptedly.
