Levantine cuisine

Ideal for sharing, this cuisine signals a return to simple yet refined dishes. Using olive oil, lemon and a profusion of fresh vegetables, each dish is a delight of flavours, fragrances and colours.

What really counts is sharing, a moment, a drink, but also a dish. Levantine cuisine in fact gives a place of honour to generous dishes containing a blend of spices,  subtle seasoning and intoxicating fragrances. Its inspiration comes from countries on the eastern shores of the Mediterranean: Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Armenia, Egypt…

Colourful dishes
Levantine cuisine is both a feast for the eyes and an incomparable treat for the taste buds. It uses lots of fresh herbs such as coriander, parsley and thyme, as well as spices such as cinnamon, chili and cardamom. Not forgetting its four flagship ingredients: lemon, garlic, olive oil and aubergines. Accessible to all, most of the dishes are vegetarian, though there are many variations incorporating roasted vegetables, tahini and meats. You will be sure to find blissful contentment in these tasty, convivial, exotic and refined dishes.
