Nati Felli grew up in Brazil, in the warmth of her family. At a very early age, she developed a passion for theatre and staging, talents she enthusiastically revealed at family receptions. These magical moments filled her with joy, and she soon realised that the world of hotels embodied everything she cherished: the art of elegant hospitality, meticulous attention to detail and, above all, the chance to pass on to others a profound sense of happiness and well-being. Years later, Nati made her dream come true by opening Guarda Golf Hotel & Residences.
At the age of 16, Nati Felli completed her secondary education in the United States before returning to Brazil to pursue a dual degree in economics and law. Alongside her studies, she launched her first entrepreneurial venture ‒ a school in Bauru ‒ inspired by the American educational model, followed by a second one in the restaurant industry. Building on this success, Nati Felli enrolled at Les Roches school in Bluche, Switzerland, to specialise in hotel management. It was there that she met her future husband, Giancarlo Felli, with whom she would share her life and professional ambitions. Together, Nati and Giancarlo embarked on a path into real estate, setting their sights on opening a hotel. Their journey led them to a unique location in Crans-Montana. This visionary couple began to imagine the masterpiece it would one day become. Its exceptional setting embodied everything they were looking for: the serenity of the Valais Alps, rich cultural heritage, and mesmerising energy. Their ambition was clear: to create a setting that captured the very essence of the region while adding a touch of timeless elegance and sophistication.
In 2009, Guarda Golf Hotel & Residences opened its doors, and right from the start, it attained a new peak in luxury and hospitality. Nati and Giancarlo did not simply offer impeccable service; they sought each guest to feel truly special. This desire to create a warm, refined atmosphere soon became the hotel's signature. As in its 23 rooms and suites, and its six Suite Apartments of 225 sq.m, appointed with infinite care. Or in its 20 private apartments, spread across three buildings, offering guests the best of both worlds: the privacy of a home with the luxury of five-star service. Here, everything is designed for each moment to be memorable: a movie screening in the private cinema, organisation of personalised excursions, or the possibility of celebrating special events. This dedication to excellence has earned Guarda Golf Hotel & Residences recognition on several occasions as one of the finest hotels in Switzerland. Fifteen years later, Nati's childhood dream has exceeded all expectations, enchanting all of its guests.
