Restaurant FIVE, where the art of finesse revolves around sharing

Restaurant FIVE is an invitation to travel, enjoying the flavours and fragrances of the Levant, and giving priority to Mediterranean dishes. 

Imagine discovering subtle and savoury dishes to be shared among guests. The vision of the Restaurant FIVE offers a very special experience in which five sources of culinary inspiration are given a place of honour: generosity, sharing, respect for products offered by nature, a contemporary interpretation of flavours, and the heritage of the cuisine of the Levant.

An original concept ensuring that each guest enjoys a delightful, delicious experience. On the menu, you will thus find a treasure-trove of subtle, healthy and gourmet dishes to be savoured in a convivial atmosphere, starting with Aegean "mezze" or "à la carte" dishes enhanced by fresh, seasonal produce, impeccably sourced.

Rich, varied cuisine 

Generous yet refined, each dish is perfected with mixed spices, finely-tuned seasoning, plays on textures and intoxicating fragrances. A real treat for the eyes, then for the palate, with subtleties taking you in a single mouthful to several countries on the eastern coast of the Mediterranean: Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Greece, Egypt…

The result is sublime, with perfectly mastered harmony giving a perfect balance between freshness, sweetness, spiciness, and light garnishing. Let yourself be surprised by a purée of smoked aubergines with olive oil and fresh herbs, meatballs with parsley and spices, or grilled wild sea bass with citrus sauce and seasonal herbs. Not forgetting the sweet treats: vanilla tart shell with strawberries and pistachio ice cream, a warm apricot tart with elderflower and apricot marble ice cream, or a crunchy base with dark chocolate mousse.

Sunday gastronomic pleasures 

A true gastronomic event in Crans-Montana, the Guarda Golf's Grand Sunday Buffet is an absolute must. Served from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., the chefs prepare an array of savoury dishes and sweet creations, each more mouth-watering than the previous one. Totally dazzling, for both the quantity of choices and the quality of sugary delicacies and little treats in glasses. A selection of meat and fish is also proposed. As this is an essential culinary event in the resort, remember to reserve at least one week in advance.
