Drawing inspiration from the rich terroir of the Valais, Maria revisits timeless classics of mixology. Valaisan apricots or pears, aromatic herbs ‒ each ingredient is carefully selected to create unexpected flavours. "GG’N", a Swiss gin infused with lavender, and "Guardarita", a twist on the classic margarita with red berries, are among the signature cocktails which have already conquered the most refined palates.
