As its name suggests, Restaurant FIVE draws on five sources of inspiration: generosity, sharing, respect for nature’s finest ingredients, contemporary interpretation of flavours, and the heritage of Levantine cuisine. "We wanted to create an authentic, warm setting where guests can savour exquisite dishes at any time of the day," explains Simon Schenk, General Manager of Guarda Golf. Inspired by the vibrant culinary traditions of the Levant, this concept is an invitation to enjoy the essence of relaxed sophistication and refined gastronomy.
At the heart of the table, Aegean and Levantine mezze tempt the senses: sarma or stuffed vine leaves, crispy falafel, and homemade kibbeh… On your plate, each dish is generous, bursting with colours and sublime flavours. Each bite whisks you beyond eastern shores, from Syria to Lebanon through Turkey, Egypt and Greece… The meal continues with Mediterranean grills such as a succulent Swiss beef fillet or line-caught wild sea bass. Freshness is the golden rule, with priority given to local and seasonal produce, impeccably sourced. With its rich choice of mezze, staying true to the original recipes, the restaurant naturally proposes vegetarian and vegan dishes. The menu changes regularly, suggesting new discoveries while retaining the most beloved dishes.

In Crans-Montana, the Grand Sunday Buffet at Guarda Golf is a unique gastronomic event!
